Our rental dresses start at $299. We pride ourselves in only carrying chic, quality gowns at sensible prices.
What about alterations?
Your dress will fit like a dream thanks to our talented alterations team.
What if I accidentally stain or damage the dress?
We understand that normal wear and tear may be inevitable, and a small insurance fee to cover minor stains and damage will be included in the rental price. You are responsible for loss, destruction or damage to the dress due to theft, mysterious disappearance, fire, major stains or any other cause, other than normal wear and tear.
What do I do if I’m having a destination wedding and can't return the dress right away?
No worries! When traveling out of state or the country, we understand that travel dates may not allow you to return the dress right away. When you pick up your dress, just let your stylist know what day works for you.

How do I pay for my dress?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and cash*.
Do I have to pay for my dress in full?
If your wedding is in 60 days or less, you must pay in full to reserve your dress.
Do you offer any special discounts?
Yes. We offer 10% military discount for active duty and veterans and/or their future spouse. You must have a valid Military ID.

What should I bring to my appointment?
Positive Energy! But also any bridal accessories and shoes you may already have. Undergarments like a strapless bra or shapewear are also recommended. Who should I bring to my appointment?
Bridal appointments go smoothest if you limit the number of guests that come along with you. Grab (no more) than four of your nearest and dearest. In this case, less is more!

How often do you get new dresses?
Laine London works hard to curate a selection of beautiful gowns for the bride who wants to see all of her options, make her own choice and doesn't want to be put in a box based on her budget, dress size or style.

Most of the time, customizations are available. Your stylist will be able to provide an estimate of how much any customizations may cost.

Can I cancel my appointment?
Absolutely! We get it, life happens. However, we are a small boutique who takes a limited number of consultations each day, therefore all rescheduling and cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. “No shows” and cancellations without 24-hour notice will incur a $50 fee charged to the credit card on file.
Do I need to make an appointment to try on accesories?

Can I complete my entire look in one appointment?
Absolutely! Not only can you find the dress of your dreams on your first visit to Laine London, but you can also find all of your bridal accessories, including your veil or headpiece, jewelry, and more!
Why do you take my credit card to make an appointment?
Laine London requires a credit card to reserve your appointment. There is no charge for the appointment. However, if you do not cancel 24 hrs prior to your appointment, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
What if I don't say "Yes!" to the dress at my first appointment? How do I make another appointment?
If you didn’t fall in love with a dress at your first appointment, you will be able to schedule a revisit with your stylist before you leave. You can also call or text us at (770) 970-0012 when you are ready to book another visit.
I didn't rent my dress from Laine London. Can I still rent accessories from Laine London?
Of course! We reccomend you bring your dress to the appointment, but you can also bring a swatch or photo of your dress and we will help you find the perfect accessories.

How many fittings will I need?
Typically, Laine London brides require 2 fittings to ensure the proper fit. After the final fitting, your dress will be professinally dry cleaned, inspected for quality, and carefully packaged so that it’s ready for you to pick up.
