Step 1: Book Your Appointment.Choose your appointment date and time at our Atlanta showroom.Step 2: Connect With Us.Before your appointment, you’ll receive a quick call from Lundyn to learn a little more about you and your wedding.Step 3: Find & Reserve Your Dress.Try on your personalized selection of designer gowns with Lundyn. Find the one and reserve it for your wedding date.Step 4: Get the Perfect Fit.Your rental includes three fittings and alterations to tailor your dress to you. After your wedding, simply return your dress and we’ll take care of the rest.

Our wedding dress rentals start at $1,500 and include alterations. A $500 deposit reserves your dress, with flexible payment options available.

Standard alterations include the hem, taking in the sides, adjusting the straps, and adding a bustle. Customizations are available for an additional fee.

We understand that normal wear and tear happens. Your rental includes coverage for minor stains and damage. You are responsible for loss or significant damage to the dress, including theft, fire, major stains, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

We understand that destination weddings may require additional travel time. If your travel schedule will affect your return date, please let us know in advance so we can determine the appropriate pickup and return schedule for your rental. With prior approval, you may also arrange to ship your dress back to us. Additional fees may apply.

About 25% of our brides travel to us from outside Georgia! If you’re planning to travel to Atlanta, let us know and we’ll work with you to coordinate your appointments around your travel schedule. Brides must be present for their alterations appointments. With prior approval, your dress may be shipped to you once alterations are complete, and you may arrange to ship your rental items back or have someone return them on your behalf.

Congratulations! If you’re pregnant or expect your body to change before your wedding, let us know when booking so we can help you select a style and size with those changes in mind.If you’re already a Laine London bride and your selected dress can no longer be altered to fit due to changes in body composition, you may need to select a different dress and a $5/day restocking fee may apply. Brides enrolled in our $95 Peace of Mind Program receive one dress change and one revisit appointment, with dress changes permitted up to 60 days before the scheduled pickup date.

For a dress change, your agreement says:If you’ve changed your mind about your dress, contact us as soon as possible. A different dress may be selected, subject to a $5/day restocking fee.If you enrolled in our $95 Peace of Mind Program at the time of purchase, you’re entitled to one dress change and one revisit appointment without the restocking fee. Dress changes through the program are permitted up to 60 days before your scheduled pickup date.

If you’ve lost or gained weight since selecting your dress, contact us as soon as possible so our alterations team can assess the fit and determine the best solution.
