Step 1: Take the Quiz. Find out if you're ready to come in for an appointment by taking our style quiz. It's fun, fast, and helps us get to know your personal style. If your wedding date is set and you've already started trying on dresses, we'll send you instructions to book an in-store appointment. Text us inspo images 48 hours beforehand to ensure we can bring your vision to life!
Step 2: Find your dress. During your 1:1 appointment with one of our personal stylists, you'll try on designer wedding dresses from our thoughtfully curated collection. Your dress will be held for your date when you sign the rental agreement and make your first payment (a minimum $500 deposit is due at signing).
Step 3: Get Fitted. Your series of three alterations appointments will begin about a month before your wedding. You'll work with our alterations experts to ensure the perfect fit.
Step 4: Say "I Do!" Pick up your dress for your 7 day rental period. Dance the night away, knowing we'll take care of the cleaning.
Step 5: Stress-free return. Place your dress back in the garment bag it came in. Drop off at the scheduled time. Time to live happily ever after!
Our 7-day rental packages start at $1500 and include any dress, dry cleaning and signature alterations (hem, take in sides, strap adjustments, and bustle).
We are dedicated to ensuring you get the perfect fit: your dress will fit like a dream thanks to our talented alterations team. Standard alterations include the hem, taking in the sides the strap and bustle. Customizations are available for an additional fee.
We understand that normal wear and tear may be inevitable, and a small insurance fee to cover minor stains and damage is included in the rental price. You are responsible for loss, destruction or damage to the dress due to theft, mysterious disappearance, fire, major stains or any other cause, other than normal wear and tear.
No worries! When traveling out of state or the country, we understand that travel dates may not allow you to return the dress right away. We offer rental extensions by the day or the week. With prior approval, you may arrange to ship the dress back to us. When booking your pick up and drop off appointments, let us know how long you’ll need the dress.
About 25% of our brides travel to us from outside Georgia! If you do plan to travel to Atlanta, we can work around your travel schedule. We do require that brides are present for each of their alterations appointments. Depending on the fit and complication level of the dress we may be able to complete two appointments in one weekend. For an additional fee, we can ship the dress to you once the alterations are complete. With prior approval, you may ship your rental items back or have a friend or wedding guest return on your behalf.
Congratulations! If you're just starting the shopping process, we recommend booking an appointment as close to your wedding as possible (45-60 days) to ensure the best fit. We'll likely size up and show styles that are bump friendly. Read more here!
If you're already a Laine London bride, and the dress you originally selected does not fit due to a change in body composition, a $5/ day restocking fee may apply when you select a different dress. Brides that opt-in to the Peace of Mind Program for $95 can change their dress up to 2 months before their wedding date with no restocking fees.
All sales are final. However, we do have an amazing option to offer our brides more flexibility. Our $95 peace of mind fee covers changed in style preference or body composition, and can be selected at the time of purchase. This fee covers the restocking fee and allows you to come in for a new appointment and select a different dress. Rest well knowing we’ve got your back!
If you’ve lost — or gained weight, get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can work together to find a solution. We can take dresses in up to 2 inches per seam. Beyond that, you may need to pick a new dress and may be subject to a $5/day restocking fee.
Brides that may be starting a weight loss journey (hitting the gym, starting a GLP-1) are encouraged to select the Peace of Mind Program for $95. This fee eliminates the restocking fee and allows you to come in for a new appointment and select a different dress.
A $500 deposit is required to secure your rental. If you have a balance, we several payment plan options. Read more about our payment options here. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, Venmo and cash*.
*For cash payments, a credit or debit card must be kept on file.
If your wedding is in 60 days or less, you must pay in full to reserve your dress.

Yes. We love our teachers and veterans! We offer 10% military discount for active duty and veterans and/or their future spouse, as well as for educators. Please be ready to show us your ID!
We are pleased to offer our brides an option to pay their balance with a 0% interest payment plan. Read more here.
FAQ: The Shopping Experience
Nothing is required, but you may bring any shoes or shape-wear you already have. You shouldn't need a strapless bra as our dresses have a corset or built in support.
Our space is intimate! To ensure that your guests are comfortable and that you have the focus to make a decision, we do limit to 2 guests in addition to the bride.
Yes, we encourage pictures! Don’t forget to tag @Laine_London and use #wedwithoutrules if you choose to share!
Size inclusivity and fit is important to us. We carry sizes 0 to 32 in our boutique.
Typically, Laine London brides require 3 fittings to ensure the proper fit. After you say “YES” to the dress, we’ll schedule three alterations appointments as well as your pickup and drop off dates. In some cases you may not need a 3rd alterations appointment.
We work with designers from all over the world year-round to find the best dresses for Laine London brides. New bridal collections launch 2x a year, the inventory arrives monthly. Follow us on instagram to see what new dresses have arrived.
Most of the time, customizations are available. Your stylist will be able to provide a cost estimate for any customizations you may want. Check out our alterations page for more information on how we can help you create the look of your dreams!
FAQ: Making an Appointment

Bridal Appointments are a 90-minute appointment in-store with one of our expert stylists. Please plan to be on time, we cannot guarantee the full 90 minutes if you are late.
We get it, life happens. However, we are a small boutique who takes a limited number of consultations each day, therefore all rescheduling and cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. “No shows" and cancellations without 24-hour notice will incur a $150 fee charged to the credit card on file. Yes, appointments are required to try-on veils, headpieces and other accessories. Same day appointments may be available. Call or text us at (770) 970-0012 to book an accessories consultation online.
Of course! We recommend you bring your dress to the appointment, but you can also bring a swatch or photo of your dress and we will help you find the perfect accessories.
Absolutely! Not only can you find the dress of your dreams on your first visit to Laine London, but you can also find all of your bridal accessories, including your veil or headpiece, jewelry, and more!
If you aren't ready to say YES at your first appointment, you will be able to schedule a revisit with your stylist before you leave. You can also call or text us at (770) 970-0012 when you are ready to book another visit. A $200 fee is required for each revisit appointment. This fee will be credited towards your balance once you say yes to the dress.
A $100 non-refundable fee is required for brides who have already made a deposit and signed our rental agreement. You will be able to schedule a 45-minute revisit with your stylist before you leave. You can also call or text us at (770) 970-0012 when you are ready to book another visit.
