The ladies at Laine London are absolutely incredible at what they do! Less than 48 hours before my wedding I realized that I could not sit down in my custom wedding dress and instantly started to panic. I messaged the LL Instagram at 10:30PM that Thursday night asking if they had any appointments available the next day to find a solution to my problem. To my surprise I got a response within the hour that they could accommodate me. The next day I went there and from the moment I walked in I was confident that I would leave their shop with something.
Miriam conducted my dress fitting and provided an amazing experience that went beyond your typical customer service. I’m a girl with a big bust and I typically wear a 12/14 in clothing … their wide range of sizes was a pleasant surprise. I ended up finding a beautiful dress that fit the vintage glam vibe of my wedding and I was able to enjoy dinner in it and dance all night! I can’t thank these ladies enough for what they did for in on such short notice!

I am so happy to have chosen my dress here! My wedding day was 12/2/2023 and people are still talking about my dress! To say that it was beautiful would be a drastic understatement. The staff here have exceeded ALL of my expectations in helping me to look and feel like a queen on my big day! The only downside here is me planning on having only one wedding in this lifetime, but I’d gladly pick them again for my dress in the next! Meanwhile, I’m definitely recommending them to all of my friends and family. My favorite part of the dress of course were the custom sleeves!!! Naya was incredibly sweet and an accommodating seamstress! She definitely understood the assignment and executed my vision to perfection! I really can’t thank her enough!! Her and the rest of the team there have been nothing short of amazing, and I’ll forever be thankful to have found them!

I had such a great experience with Laine London! One of my big concerns when wedding dress shopping was not wanting to purchase a dress for thousands of dollars that would only be used once. Laine London’s business model of renting designer dresses was the perfect solution for me! I was able to rent the most beautiful dress for my big day, and now it is back with Laine London who will give it new life by renting it to more brides in the future!
I especially want to shout out Khay who was the consultant for my styling appointment. She had a few dresses waiting for me when I walked in, but she took the time to ask me a bit more about what I was looking for. When I told her I was having trouble finding something unique to fit my personality, her eyes lit up and she told me about a new style that they had just gotten in. She didn’t initially think of it as it didn’t fit my online preferences, but the second she pulled it out, we knew it was the one for me! I couldn’t be happier with my experience, and highly recommend using their dress rental services!

Found my dress after searching several boutique. it was love at first sight. The strong point about Laine London is that they were able to advise me instantly of the dress I should wear to Accentuate my body type and cover my body flaws. Hence within an hour I was able to decide and made the purchase. The selection of dresses were top quality fabric, well designed to fit a real woman’s body. No alteration necessary. The level of professionalism and expertise was phenomenal. The ladies were pleasant and cooperative. I highly recommend Laine London. I rented my wedding dress (my wedding was 02/18/2022) and waited until I returned my dress to write a review. All appointments were wonderful. During my first appointment, I went without a fixed idea for a dress and just asked Lundyn to recommend dresses based on my body type. They suggested to try on dresses I would’ve never picked but when I tried them on, they were amazing! I rented my dress and they adjusted it perfectly to me, it felt like it was made specially for me. The whole experience was wonderful!
