Additional Considerations

We require all rentals to be paid in full before alterations can begin.

Payment Plans are subject to the complete terms as written in your rental contract.

A valid credit card on file is required for rental, however we also accept cash, debit and Zelle.
Changes & The Peace of Mind Program
Any changes to your rental items may result in a restocking fee, as outlined in the rental contract.
Alternately, you may avoid a restocking fee when the unexpected happens by enrolling in the Peace of Mind Program (POMP). Program Details:

Pay $95 when you sign your contract

(1) dress change of equal or lesser value at no additional cost and one (1) revisit appointment at no additional cost
-
Dress changes are permitted up to 60 days before the pickup date, at which point your dress selection is final
-
Only 1 POMP per dress, however you can purchase multiple POMPs (ex. if you're renting 2 dresses, you may purchase 2 POMPs)

Additional dress changes and and/or re-visit appointment(s) may incur additional fees at our discretion
